Helen Paintin
Managing Director

Helen’s career in the insurance sector has spanned over 30 years. She set up L. F. E. Insurance Services Ltd in 1986 after gaining experience in the insurance industry as a commercial insurance underwriter for Royal Insurance and a Fire and Profits Underwriter for General Accident and also as a director for an insurance broker based in Coventry.

Adrian’s extensive 30 year career in the insurance industry began with him working for Royal Insurance for 10 years where he became a claims manager. Following that he joined L. F. E. Insurance Services Ltd as a director, in 1990.

Paul Heggs
Business Insurance Executive

Paul’s extensive insurance career has involved both underwriting and insurance broking roles . He has been employed in underwriting for the General Accident and since then has gained 34 years experience in insurance broking, for many years being the office manager of an insurance brokerage in Leicester, dealing with all types of commercial clients .

Rob Crane
Business Insurance Executive

Rob has spent his 18 year career within the Insurance Industry in Insurance broking, culminating in joining LFE Insurance Services Ltd in 2007 as a Business Insurance Executive, dealing with many different types of Insurance and specialising in Mosque Insurance, Motor Trade and Commercial Combined Insurance.

Sharon has spent 26 years in insurance broking, six years of which were spent specialising in building contractors and allied trades in connection with the Federation of Masters Builders. Sharon now specialises in motor insurance for businesses, including fleet and mini fleet insurance

Sashi Pratap
Property Insurance Consultant

Sashi has over 30 years in the Insurance Industry and in that time has gained a wealth of experience on various types of insurance from Personal to Commercial Insurance, doing both insurance underwriting and broking. Sashi has worked for L. F. E. Insurance since 2003 and now specialises in Property Owners Insurance, both residential property owners and commercial property owners.

Julie Brown
Personal Insurance Consultant

Julie has spent 34 years in the Insurance Industry working in Household and High Net Worth home insurance. She has spent 29 of those years working for Norwich Union (now Aviva) before moving to L.F.E. Insurance in 2004. Julie specialises in Home and Property Insurance.

Sarah Reynolds
Accounts Manager

Sarah is our accounts manager and keeps all of us in check (or should it be cheque?!)

Ash Hastings
Small Business Insurance Consultant

Ash previouly worked for Aviva Insurance Company as a Commercial Service Underwriter before joining us as a small business insurance broker. Ash specialises in liability insurance, shop insurance, office insurance, hotel and guest house insurance as well as plant insurance (excavators, cherry pickers, fork lift trucks etc.)
