Cover allows for loss of or damage to the insured craft whilst stored or in use, including theft including whilst being towed by road.
The third party liability indemnity is £3,000,000 but liability to third parties whilst the insured boat is being towed behind your road vehicle should be covered by your motor insurers. (Please check this carefully).
Excess
There is an automatic £50 own damage for Sculls, Double Sculls and Pairs. Fours and Eights will carry a £100 excess.
Exclusions
1) Loss of use.
2) Scratching, bruising and third party liability claims whilst in transit.
3) Wear and tear, depreciation and deterioration from use.
4) Personal effects.
5) War and strikes etc., risks.
