Commercial Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Entry is free and requires submission of the completed referral form providing your own name and the details of the business you are referring.
2. Start date of the competition is 1st April 2012
3. Closing Date of the competition is 31st December 2012 subject to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter
4. Entry is subject to the business referred proceeding with the insurance via LFE Insurance Services  Limited
5. The draw will be made at random after the closing date of 31st December 2012 and be subject to independent adjudication.
6. One prize of a second generation Apple I-Pad will be awarded with no cash alternative
7. The winner will be notified within 30 days of the closing date of the competition and details published on our website
8. By entering the competition you agree to your details being used in future publicity material regarding the competition winner
9. No restrictions will be placed on the number of entries subject to all other terms and conditions being met
10. Entries will not be returned
11. Entry forms must be original and undamaged
12. The promoter does not accept liability for entries that are not submitted on time or in full
13. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into

15. This prize draw is open to existing customers of LFE Insurance Services Ltd  who are UK residents aged over 16, excluding employees and family of CCV/TG Partnership and other parties administratively involved in this promotion.
