GUIDANCE NOTES ON EMPLOYERS, PUBLIC & PRODUCTS LIABILITY CLAIMS

If an incident occurs, whether it be an injury to an employee, member of the public or damage to a third party's property, please notify it to us or your insurance company as soon as possible. 

1. Please download and complete a claim form and forward it to us
2. Please take photographs of the scene or damage as soon as possible
3. Please take details of the names and addresses of any witnesses to the incident and if possible take a signed statement
4. If the loss or damage has been caused by a product, please save it for inspection by the insurer or their representative
5. Do not reply to any correspondence you receive from a third party or their solicitor in connection with the claim, please pass all correspondence to ourselves immediately.
