Most insurers now operate direct claims help lines. The most efficient way of getting your claim started is to ring these numbers. Sometimes a claim form is not required otherwise insurers will send you a statement of fact regarding the incident.
Please also let us know of the incident. We need to keep our records up to date as the Insurers do not always inform us of incidents that are notified direct to them.
